50% theory and 50% practical with a full intense day with lunch and snacks all provided we always send out a pre-manual ( who doesn’t love a nicely printed manual) so each student has the opportunity to learn the basics before they arrive for the practical session. Lots of models (we currently have over 250 on a waitlist at our academy in blackburn )and having a treatment yourself, is a must, watching and learning, feeling and experiencing is a must for a great course. (every learner receives a treatment). Excellent communication skills with a deep knowledge of the industry and passion for continuous learning, is what makes a great experienced trainer Nikki AKA Skin Pro has over 30 years in the industry over 20 years as a trainer, who is constantly learning new skills to keep pushing forward with her own skills.
After course support is always there with Skin Pro as you may forget certain things, so we add you to the Skin Pro support group where you can ask questions use pictures for advertising.
Our courses are small to give you the attention you need to feel confident when leaving to go and start your new skills.
What to look out for when booking a course ?
Always make sure the course is fully accredited (ours are all CPD accredited) and fully insurable before booking “always check” with the accreditation body website, also ask the academy for the course accreditation number
Look for word of mouth reviews and ask as many questions as possible don’t book at haste as many students get stung with academies not having accreditation for the course advertised
All our courses can be adapted so we can come to you or you can come to us. We also offer 1-2-1 as all students learn differently and have different needs. We can adjust all our courses so the student is our priority
