Orders
All orders are mailed on a 1st class Royal Mail Recorded service which aim to be delivered the next working day once posted, however please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in some circumstances that are beyond the Skin Pro Academies control. The Skin Pro Academy shall endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3:30pm GMT the next working day. Deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, please provide a delivery address where the order can be signed for during working hours. Packing and carriage for all orders are charged at £6. Deliveries are restricted to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following working day, The Skin Pro Academy working days are defined as Monday to sunday. Public Bank Holidays and incidental industrial action may cause a delay (for whatever their duration) and should not be considered working days.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact The Skin Pro Academy within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of your item.
Your returned item must remain in its original packaging, unopened and unused. The cost of the return by any method shall remain at your own expense. The Skin Pro Academy will refund the cost of the item excluding any postage costs, however a 50% restocking charge shall be applied to all returned items that are not required or ordered in error only. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, the product will need to be safely returned prior to issuing a free of charge replacement, this includes postal charges. All returns should be received within thirty days of contacting The Skin Pro Academy. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the safe return of the parcel, a tracked postal service is recommended. Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within twenty four hours of receipt. The Skin Pro Academy reserves the right to decline any reimbursement or replace any items in the event such returned items have been subjected to any degree of damage, evidence of misuse or opened, except where the product is regarded as faulty, and can be subsequently proven to be faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are safely and securely returned to The Skin Pro Academy at your expense.
Refused & Undeliverable Packages
Failed delivery attempts due to providing incorrect name, address or other required details may result in your delivery being returned to The Skin Pro Academy by the postal service provider. If you wish for the parcel to be redelivered the cost of the postage will be at your expense.
